Dr. Duprat is dedicated to providing honest, patient-centred, compassionate care in a respectful, team environment.  

A prairie-born graduate of the University of Manitoba’s College of Dentistry (2003), Dr. Duprat went on to complete a General Practice Residency at Vancouver General Hospital (2004), where she then practiced hospital dentistry for 12 years.  She cared for medically complex patients and helped mentor dental residents in special-care and hospital dentistry.

Over the years, her commitment to improving oral health access led her to practise in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside at the Portland Community Dental Clinic, as well as participate in frequent outreach work in Haida Gwaii, and several international dental missions.

With an interest in all aspects of family dentistry, Dr. Duprat creates a welcoming atmosphere where patients feel heard, supported and empowered in their own unique oral health. Her approach blends experience, empathy, attention to detail and a genuine passion for community care. Most of all, she strives to make every patient feel comfortable, informed and truly cared for.

When she’s not practising, you will find Renee enjoying all that the west coast has to offer.  A love of the mountains and the ocean have her hiking, sailing, and skiing with family and friends.

Dr. Duprat also speaks French.
