Dr. Regan has been practising at White Rock Dental since 1999. He was an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Faculty of Dentistry for fifteen years until 2013. Since 2010, Dr. Regan has been a Mentor at the CDOCS training centre in Scottsdale Arizona, becoming a distinguished member in 2013. 

He is interested in conservative care with an emphasis on prevention and health span optimization. 

Dr. Regan has a keen interest in the visual arts. He currently serves on the Boards of the Contemporary Art Gallery of Vancouver and The Western Front Foundation.
